Refund policy

Thank you for supporting AMA Animal Rescue! Every item in our shop is made-to-order, meaning it’s custom printed just for you when you place your order. This helps us reduce waste and maximize support for the animals we rescue. 

Because of this custom process, we do not offer returns or exchanges for products unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

What qualifies for a return or refund:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective

• Incorrect items (wrong size, design, or product sent)

If you receive a product that meets one of these criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

We’ll do our best to make it right!
